About Rob Murray
Edmonton realtor with a real estate background dating back to 1987 and hands-on experience in new home construction.
I first began my career in real estate in 1987, gaining hands-on experience throughout the late 1980s and early 1990s. Those early years gave me a strong foundation in market fundamentals, client representation, and the importance of clear, honest advice.
After stepping away from real estate, I spent many years working as a contractor, with extensive involvement in new home construction. That experience shaped how I view property today. I understand how homes are actually built, what contributes to long-term durability and value, and where hidden issues can exist behind finishes and cosmetics. This practical construction background allows me to look beyond surface-level details and focus on what truly matters.
In 2023, I returned to real estate with a unique combination of decades-long market perspective and real-world construction expertise. My goal is to help clients make confident, well-informed decisions by simplifying the process, explaining the details clearly, and advocating strongly for their best interests throughout every stage of a real estate transaction.
